Gmail
Today, the gmail story came up again. Some time ago, some people over at worth told us, that they had found a link where the could create an account on google's gmail. The link appeared in their blogger homepage. Turns out blogger is putting sporadic links on active bloggers' homepages. I totally forgot about this. But I'm on the lookout from now on. It would be great if I could get a gmail account.

UPDATE: Got one! finally! not through blogger though. Someone at Kingdomofloathing sent me an invite :)

Back, or not?
It's been a while since I've been here. If I don't watch out, I'm going to feel unfamiliar when I come here. And it's my blog. Go figure.

So I've decided that, instead of not posting when nothing happens in my boring life, I'm just going to write down some random, lines with hardly any meaning. Waste of webspace? You betcha! But it's my blog, so I can do pretty much anything I want :)

Found a fun game online today. A pirate game!

Too bad it's a subscription game though. You only get a limited trial time before you have to pay. I'm testing it now. See if I like it enough to pay for it.
But for payment i would need a credit card. Aargh! Stupid American credit card system. Why can't they use debit cards online.

Studying
Not much to report today.
I should have filled the day with studying "the political and social history of the western world". A massive course. But yet again i spent too much time behind the pc. Problem is I got to get this done quick since i have other exams too, for wich I havn't done a thing yet. And June 3rd is coming closer every day...

Gold!


today i finally won my first gold medal on worth. FINALLY!! Look at it here
I've entered around 60+ entry so far, and only now one was good enough to win a contest. yay!
I already had a silver medal and a head to head trophy, but that just isn't the same.
The thing that bothers me too is that it was a text contest. Not that i don't like the text area on worth. but if i could choose i would rather have won a phototshop or an illustration contest, just because i like these areas better.

The question now is how long it will take until i win a real contest and when i get a golden cup. I'm afraid i still need to learn alot more about photoshop before that happens. And i got to pay more attention to the details in a chop.
